Who We Are

The University of the West of England Christian Union (UWECU).
We’re a group of UWE students who seek to put God at the centre of all we do. We have small groups across the campuses meeting weekly as well as our main meeting every Thursday evening on Frenchay campus. CU meetings consist of singing together, praying, listening to talks, exploring the Bible and socialising. UWECU also has Weekend(s) Away, prayer meetings, outreach events, social events and courses like the Alpha Course.

We’re student led and anyone is welcome to come along to any of our meetings. We also aim to help you get connected with Churches, grow in your beliefs, and give you the support you need to thrive at university.
